Quadra Pick & Place machine is for sequential assembling of SMD’s, specifically for small and medium production batches. The machine has a placement head with two nozzles. One nozzle is dedicated to small components like passive chips (e.g. MELF, SOT), the other is dedicated to medium and large size components like integrated circuits (e.g. SOIC, PLCC). Average productivity on longer distance is about 3000 components per hour.
