The machine has two head assemblies with laser centering of components, one is more accurate because it has a double resolution encoder. Each head has wide range of nozzles for picking up components, the nozzle change is automatic.
Productivity :- In real working condition, with the head traveling to the 4 sides of the machine, the speed will be 3,600 components per hour.
