Juki KE2010 machine is an SMD chip shooter machine. It uses Windows NT as operating system to increase the operability of machine. Machine is equipped with the newly developed laser alignment sensor (MNLA) each of which allows four nozzles to recognize components simultaneously. These four nozzles simultaneously pick up and mount components after centering them by without touching method. Machine uses touch less centering system where laser align sensor is used to read the position and angle of component. Productivity :- Productivity of this machine is 11,000  components per hour.
