This machine is high speed  Automatic Optical Inspection machine . This is an visual inspection machine for printed circuit boards. Control system : Windows XP is used as a operating system. The software enables the operator to quickly acquire a good level knowledge of the machine. It takes whole PCB image with high speed line camera. Inspection is carried out after the inspection image incorporated from the linear scanning image stored into the memory. The telecentric lens has increased inspection accuracy.
