Control system : Temperature is controlled by PID digital system. PID algorithm to ensure a faster temperature adjustment. This system is having an accuracy of 2 deg cen. A microprocessor controls the temperature of heaters in real time switching them on & off, so as to keep the actual temperature to the set point. Machine is having three heating zones and digital adjustment of conveyor seep, a wide variety of thermal profiles, to meet the most requirements.
