Suzuki SMT-2100V machine is based  on advanced technology. This is an full vision SMD placement system. Control system : Windows XP is used as a operating system. The software enables the operator to quickly acquire a good level knowledge of the machine. Machine has four independent head for speedy and accurate placing. Cameras for recognition:- For part of recognition 4 sets of area sensor cameras (with high magnification lens) are available & one set is for board recognition . Productivity :- Real production on this machine is 13,500 components per hour.
